Our studio sits in Highwood. Most of our crew lives within fifteen miles. We work on homes our project managers' kids walk past on the way to school. That's not marketing copy — that's why our standards run higher than they have to.

Our highest-volume town. We've completed 70+ projects across Ravinia, Sherwood Forest, and the lakefront, including historic homes on Sheridan Road.

We work extensively in both East and West Lake Forest, with deep experience navigating the Historic Preservation Commission for pre-war homes.
