Every project at Neth Built — whether a powder room or a $1.2M whole-home renovation — moves through the same disciplined six-stage process. You always know where we are, what's next, and what it costs.
01
Week 1 · 60–90 minutes
We come to your home. We listen to how you actually live. We measure the space, photograph existing conditions, and frame the scope honestly — including what you may not need to do. There is no charge and no pressure.
Deliverable: Scope memo and ballpark range within 5 business days.

Weeks 2 – 8 · in-house or with your architect
Our designers translate the scope into drawings, materials and fixture selections. You see floor plans, elevations, and a full specification book before we ever quote a final number. Three rounds of revisions are included.
Deliverable: Construction drawings, finish schedule, 3D renderings.

Weeks 8 – 10 · binding line-item proposal
Once design is locked, we issue a detailed line-item proposal with labor, materials, allowances and a documented contingency. The number you sign is the number you pay. No cost-plus, no surprise upcharges.
Deliverable: Written contract, payment schedule, certificates of insurance.

Weeks 10 – 24+ · on-site construction
Our W-2 crew arrives at 7:30 AM sharp. Your project manager sends a written schedule on day one and updates it every Friday. Daily site logs, weekly client meetings, dust walls and floor protection on every job.
Deliverable: Weekly written progress report, photo updates, on-site protection.

Final week · together, in your home
We walk every room with you, build a punch list, and complete it before final invoice. Deep cleaning is included. The project is not done until you say it's done — and the final 10% holdback releases only after.
Deliverable: Closed punch list, owner manual, finish-touch-up kit.

30 days · 6 months · 12 months
We schedule three follow-up visits automatically. Two-year written workmanship warranty on all labor, plus full pass-through of manufacturer warranties. Most of our clients become long-term clients.
Deliverable: Two-year written warranty, scheduled return visits.
